Refund Policy

1. Services

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skin treatments, refunds are not provided for change of mind once a service has been delivered.

2. Packages & Prepaid Treatments

Unused treatments in a prepaid package are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe specified at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or payments.

4. Faulty Services

If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
